Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized kits

• Opened or used items

• Perishable or hygiene-related products

Process

• Email us at support@grabandgoguardians.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, ship the item back to our business address (provided with email).

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Faulty of Damaged Goods

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

• We'll offer a replacement or full refund.
