At Grab and Go Guardians, we want your emergency kits to reach you quickly and safely.

Where we deliver

• We ship nationwide across Aotearoa New Zealand.  Rural and remote areas are included, though delivery may take a little longer.

Processing & dispatch

• Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1-2 business days once payment is received.

• Delivery timeframes

• Urban addresses: 2-4 business days

• Rural addresses: up to 7 business days.  Please note that courier delays can happen due to weather or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

• Flat rate of $12.90 NZD per order

• Free shipping for orders over $200 NZD

• Rural delivery may incur an additional fee.

• You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
